As a pet-friendly community, how is pet waste handled?

We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.

Can I tour virtually?

Yes, we offer 360 tours on our website that walk through a variety of our floor plans.

Are you a smoke-free community?

All buildings at The Vista at South Broadway are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted 20 feet away from our buildings. For more on our smoke-free policy, please contact our team today.

What school district are you located in?

The Vista at South Broadway is located within Rochester Public Schools. Nearby schools include Folwell Elementary School, Willow Creek Middle School, and Mayo Senior High School.

What bedroom options do you have?

As a gated community, residents can park for free in our community parking lot. We also offer detached garages for an additional charge and attached garages included for select homes.
